The Strategy Kit ($1,250, one-time) is a founder-led, human-delivered operating plan. Jazz reviews your real resistance patterns and source material and produces a strategy brief, objection sequences, follow-up assets, a 7-day execution plan, and a 1:1 session — plus premium workspace access.

2. What the Strategy Kit Is Not

What it is

• ·Practical language, assets, and next actions you can use immediately
• ·A one-time engagement, not a subscription

What it is not

• ·Instant SaaS activation or a generic AI-generated report
• ·Legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice
• ·A guarantee of revenue, approvals, or outcomes
• ·A replacement for your CRM, counsel, or compliance leadership

3. Context-Based Delivery

Your kit is calibrated to the context you provide and the path(s) confirmed in your session. The quality and specificity of deliverables depend on the quality of the inputs and source material you supply.

4. Review & Implementation Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables and validating them against your own legal, compliance, and operational requirements before use — especially in regulated environments. Katalyst provides strategy and language; execution and compliance remain yours.

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The Strategy Kit does not guarantee increased sales, conversion, approvals, regulatory compliance, or any specific business outcome.

6. Confidentiality

Katalyst treats your submitted source material as confidential and uses it to build your deliverables. We do not expose one client's private inputs or outputs to other clients.

7. Booking, Access & Questions
