Services · founder-led engagements
Ten engagements, one resistance intelligence system — from a free read to PRISM evaluation intelligence, GTM implementation, and CRM/RevOS audits. Every paid engagement is reviewed and delivered by Jazz personally.
Paste the objection, stall, or buyer hesitation your team is hearing. Katalyst gives you a first read on what the buyer may be protecting and what to ask or say next.
What you get
The first operating plan. Jazz turns your strongest buyer resistance patterns into language, follow-up assets, coaching notes, CRM guidance, and next actions.
What's included
A founder-led, human-delivered engagement. Your outputs are reviewed and built by Jazz personally — not auto-generated. Session is scheduled via Calendly after purchase.
For teams that want to test Katalyst in a real environment before committing to a full rollout. Each pilot is scoped to design or evaluate a measurable pilot — with clear success criteria before you invest further.
Pilot programs available
For teams that want Katalyst operationalized inside their GTM motion: workflows, handoffs, Resistance Reads, Memory Bank/saved intelligence, follow-up generation, sales coaching loops, CRM/source handoff planning, internal adoption, and operating cadence.
What implementation covers
Implementation advisory and operating design — not unsupported custom engineering, unsafe integrations, or compliance certification.
For companies, operators, and teams that want Jazz to help design or replicate growth systems proven in prior markets — growth architecture, conversion systems, customer-response flows, local-market strategy, retention/save paths, and revenue execution patterns.
What growth services covers
Experience, outcomes, and prior work history — not endorsements, partnerships, or current client status.
PRISM is Jazz's original Savnt.io evaluation intelligence architecture — the system that came before Katalyst Persuasion OS. Built to challenge bias in lending, investing, financial, and assessment systems, PRISM surfaces signals traditional decision processes often miss. Where Katalyst turns buyer resistance into strategy, PRISM applies the same pattern-recognition thesis to evaluation, creditworthiness, bias reduction, and decision intelligence.
What PRISM covers
MIT Solve 2021 Antiracist Technology semi-finalist · MIT Solve does not endorse Katalyst.
PRISM is decision-support and evaluation intelligence architecture. It does not guarantee credit approval, investment approval, regulatory compliance, lending outcomes, or bias-free decisions. Use requires appropriate legal, compliance, and operational review.
Audit what a sales team hears, says, misses, repeats, and loses across objections, calls, CRM notes, and follow-up. Identify where the language is breaking down, where objection consistency varies by rep, and what your top performers do that the rest of the team doesn't.
What the audit covers
Delivered as a written audit report with rep-level pattern breakdowns and a prioritized action plan for your team.
For leaders deciding how to use AI to interpret resistance, preserve institutional sales intelligence, generate follow-up assets, and build safer human-reviewed workflows.
What AI advisory covers
Implementation advisory — not technical implementation. Your team retains responsibility for technical integration, CRM configuration, and data security decisions.
For teams trying to understand why customers are not adopting, renewing, expanding, responding, trusting the rollout, or seeing value. Katalyst decodes post-sale resistance: what the account is protecting, what value proof is missing, and what the next success-plan move should be.
What this covers
A structured process for understanding what resistance patterns your CRM or Revenue Operating System is already capturing — and what it is not yet reading. Katalyst does not replace your CRM or RevOS. It reads the resistance inside it.
Important: If you do not have a CRM or RevOS, Katalyst can help you evaluate what to implement — and what to look for once you do.
What this helps with
The brainchild before Katalyst
Katalyst's original architecture — PRISM — was developed through MIT Solve's Antiracist Technology challenge. It was built to surface what evaluation systems miss: the behavioral signals that predict whether someone is engaged or disengaged, resistant or ready. Jazz was a 2021 semi-finalist in MIT Solve's Antiracist Technology workstream. The same pattern-recognition thesis now powers Katalyst's Resistance Intelligence. MIT Solve does not endorse Katalyst.
