What this site collects

No cookies, no analytics, and no trackers. The site keeps no visitor database of its own. Personal information is collected in exactly one way: when you choose to submit a form.

Forms

The contact, investor-brief, and team-access forms send what you type — name, role, company, email, mobile if you provide it, and your message — directly to [email protected] as an email. Delivery is handled by Resend (Resend Inc.), acting as a processor solely to transmit that message; it is not used to build a mailing list, score you, or enrich your record. No inquiry database is created — the submission lives in Jazz's inbox and is kept only as long as the conversation is useful. Ask and it will be deleted. (The newsletter is the one exception, and it is described below.)

Forms carry a hidden anti-spam field that legitimate visitors never see or fill in. If email delivery is unavailable, the form falls back to opening a prefilled draft in your own email client — in that case nothing leaves your device until you press send.

If you opt into a confirmation reply, your address is used once to send it and for nothing else.

The one-pager unlock

The investor one-pager form records your unlock locally in your own browser (a single localStorage flag) so you don't have to re-enter details on a return visit. The details you typed are emailed to Jazz by the same route as any other form.

Newsletter

The footer sign-up is opt-in only: the consent box is unticked by default and the form will not submit without it. What is recorded is your email address, the exact consent wording you agreed to, the page you agreed on, the UTC timestamp, and the country your request came from — kept as proof of consent under GDPR Article 7(1). Delivery is handled by Resend; if a Resend audience is configured, your address is stored there as a subscriber. Withdraw at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any message or writing to the address below; withdrawal removes you from the list and deletes the address on request. Your address is never sold, shared, or used to enrich a profile.

Text messages (SMS)

Providing a phone number on a Katalyst form allows Katalyst AI LLC to respond to that specific inquiry by call or text. It does not opt you into marketing or promotional messages — those require separate, optional consent, which is never pre-ticked and is not a condition of purchase or of using anything on this site.

Message frequency depends on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply; your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect email contact, and you can ask to be contacted by email only at any time.

Phone numbers submitted through this site are used for that contact and for the consent record itself. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Withdraw consent or request deletion at [email protected].

Legal basis and your rights

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies:

• Inquiry forms — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to a request you initiated. No consent box is required to get a reply, and ticking the optional field-notes box is separate and never a condition of a response.
• Newsletter and field notes — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), recorded as described above and withdrawable at any time.
• Retention — inquiry threads are kept while the conversation is useful and deleted on request. Consent records are kept for as long as you are subscribed, plus a short period afterwards as proof the opt-in was valid.
• Processors — Cloudflare (hosting and request delivery) and Resend (email delivery and, if configured, subscriber storage). Both may process data in the United States; transfers rely on those providers' standard contractual clauses.
• Automated decisions — none. Nothing on this site profiles you, scores you, or makes an automated decision about you.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Exercise any of them by replying to any message or writing to [email protected] — a human reads it, and there is no ticketing system in between. If you believe your rights have not been respected you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Hosting logs

The site is served by a static hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages), which may process standard technical request data — such as IP address and user agent — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under its own privacy terms.

Third-party fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which involves your IP address, subject to Google's privacy policy.

Changes

If this site ever adds analytics, advertising pixels, or any collection beyond the forms described above, this notice will be updated before that happens.
