Katalyst Persuasion OS is operated by Katalyst Consulting. Katalyst helps sales teams and founders generate objection responses, sales snapshots, founder briefs, CRM-ready exports, and Strategy Kit assets through an AI-powered Sales Persuasion OS.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Katalyst collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can contact us. It applies to the Katalyst Persuasion OS application and all public pages at app.katalystconsulting.io.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Email address (via /try, account creation, or contact)
- Account credentials and profile details (name, role, company)
- Sales inputs you submit — objections, industry and environment selections, and anything you type into Katalyst features
- Strategy Kit purchase-related information (email, payment confirmation status)
- Calendly booking information, if you book a session
- Mobile phone number, if you voluntarily provide it and opt in to text messaging
- Messages submitted through our contact or support channels
Information collected automatically
- Page visits and navigation activity within the app
- Referring URL and UTM parameters
- Browser, device, and operating-system signals
- Approximate location signals, if available from request data
- IP-derived security and analytics signals (hashed or truncated for abuse prevention)
- First-party visitor ID stored in a cookie or local storage
- Product usage activity — which features you use, when, and how often
Payment and scheduling data
Payments are processed through Stripe. Katalyst may receive payment confirmation, buyer email, and transaction status needed for fulfillment, and does not store full payment card numbers. Booking is handled through Calendly.

- Provide, operate, and improve Katalyst Persuasion OS
- Generate sales language, objection responses, and strategy outputs
- Save outputs to your Memory Bank and support CRM-ready exports
- Enforce free-tier usage limits and prevent abuse
- Understand launch traffic and visitor behavior
- Follow up with people who show genuine product intent
- Send account, support, and platform text messages to numbers that have opted in
- Fulfill Strategy Kit purchases, including scheduling and delivery
- Provide customer support and comply with legal and security obligations
4. First-Party Analytics & Buyer Intent
Katalyst uses first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the app and which actions signal genuine interest. Katalyst may connect anonymous visitor activity to an email address after you voluntarily submit your email or create an account.
Note: Katalyst does NOT sell visitor data. Katalyst does not market to raw IP addresses or identify anonymous visitors by name.
5. How We Share Information
Katalyst does not sell visitor or user data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product — hosting and infrastructure, database/storage, AI providers that process inputs to generate outputs, Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), and email/support/analytics/security tools. Providers may use data only to provide services to Katalyst, not for their own purposes.
6. SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile number and check the opt-in box on one of our forms — or text our business number — you agree to receive text messages from Katalyst AI LLC about your account, support inquiries you initiate, and platform/service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We collect your mobile number only when you voluntarily provide it and opt in.
No mobile information — your phone number or your messaging consent/opt-in data — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages, solely to provide that service. We do not sell mobile numbers.
7. AI Processing
User inputs — objections, sales contexts, and workspace prompts — are processed by AI systems and may be transmitted to third-party AI providers. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
Katalyst Persuasion OS is compliance-aware, not compliance-certified. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on generated content in regulated environments.
8. Data Retention & Security
Katalyst retains information as long as needed to provide the product, fulfill work, prevent abuse, comply with law, or resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted storage for sensitive credentials and controlled production access. No system is perfectly secure.

- You may use many /try features without an account
- You may decline to submit sensitive or confidential information
- You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP
- You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@katalystconsulting.io
- You may manage cookies and local storage in your browser
- You may unsubscribe from email where applicable
