Terms of use
Plain terms for a plain site. Last updated 2026.
1 · Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Katalyst AI LLC, doing business as Katalyst and Katalyst Consulting, of Memphis, Tennessee, United States. Contact: [email protected]. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2 · What this site is
Marketing and informational material about Katacylizm and the Katalyst Resistance Intelligence product. Nothing here is an offer to sell securities, and nothing here is financial, legal, medical, tax, or compliance advice. Investor materials are provided on request to appropriate recipients and are subject to their own terms.
3 · Product output is guidance, not a guarantee
Resistance Reads, Impact Statements, Operating Plans, and any other output are decision-support material produced with human review. They describe likely patterns in human behavior. They do not guarantee a sale, a renewal, a saved account, or any specific financial outcome, and they are not a substitute for your own legal, compliance, or regulatory obligations. You remain responsible for what you say to your customers.
4 · Compliance-sensitive use
Several supported environments — including lending, debt relief, collections, insurance, and healthcare — are regulated. Language provided by Katalyst is designed to avoid pressure, threat, and overreach, but you are responsible for reviewing anything you deploy against the rules that apply to you and your jurisdiction.
5 · Intellectual property
Katacylizm is a trademark of Katalyst AI LLC and is the subject of U.S. Provisional Application No. 64/099,949; patent pending. The architecture, the Quality Gate standard, the resistance corpus, the Expert Value Framework, and all site content, copy, and design are owned by Katalyst AI LLC. You may reference and link to this site. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or use the corpus, methodology, or content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a competing model or system without written permission.
6 · Your content
Language you submit to the product — objections, call notes, account signals — stays yours. Where reasoning derived from your input is validated into reusable assets, the ownership and attribution position is set out in the Expert Value Framework and, for customers, in the applicable agreement: the company keeps commissioned IP, the expert keeps authenticated lineage, and participation is defined by contract.
7 · Prior work history
Company names, figures, and outcomes referenced on this site describe the founder's prior work history. They are context only — not endorsements, partnerships, joint ventures, or claims of a current customer relationship. Figures are founder-reported operating results from prior roles.
8 · Third-party links and services
This site links to the Katalyst application and to third-party platforms. Their terms and privacy practices are their own. Form submissions are transmitted by an email delivery provider solely to reach Katalyst; see the privacy notice.
9 · Availability and changes
The site and product are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features described as planned may change. These terms may be updated; the current version always lives at this URL.
10 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katalyst AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of this site or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Katalyst AI LLC for the relevant service.
11 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Shelby County, Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12 · Acceptable use
You agree not to use Katalyst, its outputs, or anything on this site to:
- continue a selling, collection, or persuasion motion after a person has made an explicit stop-contact request or indicated legal representation — Katalyst is built to end the motion at that boundary, and using it to work around that boundary is a breach of these terms;
- harass, threaten, deceive, coerce, or discriminate against any person, or to pursue any unlawful or unfair practice;
- make automated decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare, or legal outcomes without qualified human review;
- submit another party’s confidential, regulated, or personal data without a lawful basis and the rights to do so;
- reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or attempt to reconstruct the corpus, patterns, prompts, or reasoning assets;
- misrepresent generated output as legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice, or as certified or endorsed by Katalyst AI LLC.
Katalyst may suspend access for use that breaches this section. You remain responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations that govern your own industry, including TCPA, FDCPA, UDAAP, GLBA, HIPAA, GDPR, and any state analogues that apply to you.
