Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the boundaries of legitimate use of Katalyst Persuasion OS. It exists to keep the Platform safe, lawful, and useful for sales teams and founders operating in good faith.

2. Prohibited Uses

Abuse and harassment

• ·Using the Platform to harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any person
• ·Generating content designed to manipulate vulnerable people into harmful decisions

Illegal activities

• ·Fraud, deception, or violations of consumer-protection law
• ·Generating outputs that facilitate illegal lending, collections, or sales practices

Unauthorized access and system abuse

• ·Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic extraction of Platform content
• ·Attempts to access admin-only data, seed content, or internal resources
• ·Credential sharing or accessing the Platform on behalf of unauthorized parties

Deceptive and unsafe regulated claims

• ·Using outputs to make guaranteed compliance, legal, medical, or financial claims
• ·Deploying generated language to regulated consumers without proper disclosures

Spam and unsolicited communications

• ·Using Platform outputs to generate bulk unsolicited email or SMS campaigns
• ·Any use that violates anti-spam or telemarketing law (including TCPA)

3. Crisis and Safety Inputs

Katalyst is a sales tool, not a crisis service. If you encounter inputs indicating a person is in crisis or danger, direct them to appropriate emergency or professional resources. Do not use Katalyst to handle safety-critical situations.

4. Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of access to outputs, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
