1. Safeguards
Katalyst uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. This includes encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, parameterized database queries, and controlled access to production systems.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Katalyst does not store full payment card numbers. Card data is handled by Stripe under its own PCI-compliant infrastructure.
3. AI Processing
Inputs you submit may be transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate outputs. Do not submit highly sensitive data — medical records, national ID numbers, or financial account details — into Katalyst features.
4. Access Control
Access to production systems and stored data is limited to authorized operators for the purpose of running, supporting, and improving the product. Admin review of outputs is used to improve quality and is anonymized or generalized where reused.
5. Incident Response
No system is perfectly secure. Katalyst cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any safeguard. We will notify affected users of material security incidents as required by applicable law.
