The Strategy Kit is a founder-led, human-delivered engagement. Because work begins with Jazz's personal review of your inputs, refund terms reflect the point at which that work has started.
1. Before Work Begins
If you purchase a Strategy Kit and have not yet submitted your source material or completed your 1:1 session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@katalystconsulting.io.
2. After Work Begins
Once Jazz has begun reviewing your inputs or has delivered any portion of your operating plan, the engagement is considered in progress. Because this is custom, human-delivered work, partial or full refunds after this point are handled case by case and at Katalyst's reasonable discretion.
3. Fit Calls & Consults
Paid consults (e.g., the $497 Pilot Design Consult) are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable, though they may be rescheduled once as a courtesy.
4. Scoped Engagements
GTM Implementation, Growth Services, Resistance Audits, and other scoped engagements are governed by the specific statement of work agreed before the engagement begins. Refund and cancellation terms are defined in that agreement.
5. No Guaranteed Outcomes
No paid engagement guarantees increased sales, conversion, approvals, or any specific business outcome. Dissatisfaction with results, where the work was delivered as described, is not on its own grounds for a refund.
6. How to Request
Email info@katalystconsulting.io with your purchase details and the reason for your request. We respond to refund requests within a reasonable time and aim to be fair and direct.
